Urgent advice: In an emergency
In an emergency, please do not contact the surgery. Instead, call 999 immediately or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department. For urgent medical help or advice when it’s not a life-threatening emergency, you can also call NHS 111, available 24 hours a day.
Non-urgent advice: Before you call...
- Order repeat prescriptions online using SystmOnline or the NHS App
- Looking for your NHS number? Use the NHS number finder: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/online-services/find-nhs-number/
- Find help and support about your health on NHS Health A to Z: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/
- Find a local pharmacy using the NHS Pharmacy Finder: https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/pharmacy/find-a-pharmacy
Is Eaglescliffe Medical Practice open on a Sunday? Even though the lights are on, the building is only open to patients with a pre-booked (Sunday) appointment. We cannot deal with any requests on a Sunday that are not related to a pre-booked (Sunday) appointment. For more information, please see our evening and weekend appointments page.
