If you have any comments or suggestions about the service being offered you are welcome to speak to your doctor or the Practice Manager who will be happy to deal with the situation. Alternatively there is a patient comments box available in Reception.
The Practice operates a formal complaints procedure and any complaints should be made verbally or in writing to, Mrs Angela Mackereth, Practice Manager. A complaints leaflet with more information is available from Reception.
Publication Scheme. Eaglescliffe Medical Practice has a publication scheme which is available upon request. All requests should be made in writing to Mrs A. Mackereth, Practice Manager.
